Big River Poetry Review is now closed. Due to a malfunction in my e-mail system. I can no longer determine which submissions have been responded to, and which have not. Given the great effort expended on the first print edition and its miserable sales, I can no longer support the Review from either a time or an emotional basis. The Blog page with all the poems published on-line to-date and the archives shall remain on-line on the website for the foreseeable future.
I am very sorry for letting you all down with regard to the Review's limping performance for the last year, and the interminable delays in responding to your submissions. This was not intentional on my part. This was a one-man review, and Your Editor has a full-time career far afield of poetry. I am no longer able from a physical basis to stay up into the early morning hours to edit and publish the Review.
Rights to all poems published on the website now revert to the authors. There will be no more poems accepted or rejected by the Review. Best of luck to you all in getting your poems published elsewhere.
